NautaDutilh advises ING Real Estate in 'biggest property transaction of 2009'
NautaDutilh has advised ING Real Estate Office Fund Netherlands B.V. (REOFN) on the sale of 39 office buildings to a consortium of private investors.
The Financieele Dagblad of 9 January 2010 described the deal as the biggest property transaction of 2009. The package includes the Weena Building (Rotterdam), Transpolis (Hoofddorp), Braingate (Capelle a/d IJssel), Quinterium (Gouda) and De Vijzel (Amsterdam).
