NautaDutilh assists FNG Group with acquisition of Claudia Sträter
23 October 2012 - NautaDutilh assisted FNG Group NV with its acquisition of Claudia Sträter Nederland and Luxembourg via 2 Buy Claudia Sträter B.V. FNG Group NV is specialised in children's and female fashion under the brand names Fred & Ginger, Van Hassels, CKS, Kiekeboe, Baker Bridge and others.
The acquisition will bring the turnover of FNG Group from 45 million EUR to 80 million EUR.
The team was led by Elke Janssens.
