Ianika Tzankova appointed extraordinary professor
Dr.
Ianika Tzankova has been appointed for a five year term as extraordinary professor of Comparative Mass Litigation at Tilburg University, The Netherlands.The new chair was established by NautaDutilh and provides an important addition to the educational programme at Tilburg University, underlining the importance of mass litigation in the Dutch and European markets.
The focus of the new chair will be to examine the way in which collective legal actions can be utilised to create easier access to justice for private individuals and to analyse if there is a role for private law enforcement agencies in facilitating this goal.
