At NautaDutilh, we never take anything for granted. Indeed, questioning assumptions is what sets us apart from other law firms. It’s this mentality that’s helped us grow. In fact, we’re still growing, and that’s where you come in.
When you work for NautaDutilh, you’re working for a firm with an international reputation and a history that dates back to 1724.
With offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Luxembourg, Rotterdam and New York, NautaDutilh is consistently ranked amongst the world’s top law firms, by clients and fellow legal professionals alike. At NautaDutilh, while our lawyers practise local law (i.e. Benelux) law, we have cultivated a network of other leading law firms worldwide, with which we work regularly on a non-exclusive basis.
NautaDutilh’s main practice areas are Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Public & Regulatory, Taxation, Dispute Resolution and Employment. On a sector basis, the firm focuses on Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Transport & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Media, Entertainment & Telecom, Fast-moving Consumer Goods and Real Estate.
Our clients trust us, often with high-quality, complex files. We are convinced that we can come up with the most innovative and creative solutions to our clients problems in a stimulating, supportive and, above all, agreeable working environment. Our main focus is thus on teamwork and achieving results together. That’s why we regularly organise activities to get to know one another in a less formal atmosphere, such as a monthly drink, our annual Sports Day and a Christmas party.
At NautaDutilh, it’s easy to express yourself. There are no barriers, and our doors are always open. To ensure that information is conveyed efficiently from the top down, our managing partner holds a weekly lunch with a small group of associates. This is by no means a one-way street, however. Indeed, associates are encouraged to express their views and to contribute actively to the firm’s growth and development.
Junior Training Programme
Our Junior Training Programme provides junior associates with insight into our main areas of expertise. As partners are also involved in the programme, informal contact between partners and junior associates is ensured from the outset.
We organise and encourage secondments to law firms abroad or to the legal departments of some of our larger clients, in order to help our lawyers further develop their skills.
