How can we help you?

Companies with at least 20 employees must ensure their employees' right to disconnect when they are no longer supposed to be working and define how this is to be achieved, such as regulating means of communication (telephones, SMS, e-mail) during and especially outside working hours.

In this webinar, Philippe François and Thierry Duquesne from our Employment law practice will delve deeper into the practical consequences that the right to disconnect might have for employers in terms of the organisation of work and which actions to undertake.

Presentations will be given in the speaker's mother tongue (i.e. Dutch or French), but all handouts will be in both languages.

Register for this webinar by sending an e-mail to events.be@nautadutilh.com.

Please note that lawyers and employees of other law firms cannot participate in this event.
