Employment Law Booster: Terminating employment contracts due to medical force majeure: The new rules explained
On Thursday 9 March, from 12.00 to 12.30, we will hold a webinar during which Philippe François and Thierry Duquesne will discuss the new procedure for terminating employment contracts on the basis of medical force majeure. Both the employer and employee can initiate this new procedure, which is completely separated from the reintegration process, at the earliest after a period of 9 months of continuous incapacity for work.
Presentations will be given in the speaker's mother tongue (i.e. Dutch or French), but all handouts will be in both languages.
