Employment Law Booster: The Impact of the Pay Transparency Directive on the Workplace
Equal pay and pay transparency will be a key priority for many organisations in the future. On 18 April 2023, the Council of the EU adopted the Pay Transparency Directive to strengthen the application of the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value between men and women.
At our upcoming Employment Law Booster Webinar on Thursday, 1 June 2023 from 12.00 until 12.30, Thierry Duquesne and Frédérique Czanik will discuss the legal implications of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and what you can do as an employer to prepare and stay ahead of legislation.
Presentations will be given in the speaker's mother tongue (i.e. Dutch or French), but all handouts will be in both languages.
