During its existence, a company can experience periods of success, leading to the hiring of employees and sometimes followed by more delicate periods, when employees are oversupplied or when they represent a too high cost for the employer. Sometimes, the company also plans to restructure or redirect its activity, and its workforce is no longer adequate.
