We have extensive and unrivalled experience in the field of payment / e-money products and license applications. We are known for our strong regulatory expertise and ranked by all major guides as Tier 1 in relation to regulatory.

Aside from advising parties on the regulatory aspects of the Second E-money Directive, PSD II, PAD, MIFs and SEPA, we assist payment service providers with their license application. We provide guidance on current and future legal / statutory obligations and are uniquely positioned to provide guidance on the focus points of and additional (formal and informal) requirements imposed by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Moreover, we have – through our vast experience in filing applications – good knowledge of DNB’s requirements in respect of internal operational documents.
As a consequence of our previous and current experience and contacts with DNB, we add value to our services by anticipating on informal requirements posed by DNB and prepare our clients for smooth license application processes.
