At this seminar, to be held on Tuesday, 28 January 2020, experts from our Corporate and Financial Regulation teams will discuss strategic restructuring decisions, from a corporate and regulatory perspective, taking into account the various stages of the restructuring process (from negotiations to closing). 

We will explain, for instance, how and when to approach regulators and the corporate aspects to bear in mind in the framework of a strategic restructuring, including new legal developments and other useful tips & tricks drawn from our experience in the financial sector.

Since outsourcing often plays an important role in strategic restructuring, our experts will also address the new guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, published by the European Banking Authority on 25 February 2019, and their concrete impact for financial institutions.
