Chapman Andretti partners was founded by Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje. With this takeover, the company becomes the owner of Circuit Park Zandvoort BV, which means the circuit itself and the buildings on it. Thus, the circuit remains in the hands of people with a passion for motorsport who are determined to use the full potential of the Circuit Park in the future.

The new owners were supported on the legal aspects of the transaction by a team of NautaDutilh. Members of the NautaDutilh team are amongst others: Gaike Dalenoord, Jacqueline Clement, Jules van de Winckel, Gijs ter Braak, Anne-Marie Klijn and Berend Haagen.
