After an era of 27 years, Circuit Park Zandvoort has a new owner. Chapman Andretti partners, founded by Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje, will take over from the current managing director and major shareholder, Hans Ernst.

Chapman Andretti partners was founded by Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje. With this takeover, the company becomes the owner of Circuit Park Zandvoort BV, which means the circuit itself and the buildings on it. Thus, the circuit remains in the hands of people with a passion for motorsport who are determined to use the full potential of the Circuit Park in the future.

The new owners were supported on the legal aspects of the transaction by a team of NautaDutilh. Members of the NautaDutilh team are amongst others: Gaike Dalenoord, Jacqueline Clement, Jules van de Winckel, Gijs ter Braak, Anne-Marie Klijn and Berend Haagen.

The selling party was supported on the legal aspects of the transaction by a team of Baker & McKenzie. Members of the Baker & McKenzie team are amongst others: Kuif Klein Wassink, Laurens Linnewiel, Aad Bos, Cynthia de Witt Wijnen, Marcel Janssen, Marnix Veldhuijzen en Ilya Hoekerd.

Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as corporate finance advisor of the selling party. The Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions deal team consisted of Ferdi Kramer and Dennis van de Kamp.
