Advocate General Widdershoven delivers the first advisory opinion in administrative law proceedings

On 23 October 2013 Advocate General Widdershoven ("A-G") delivered the first advisory opinion in administrative law proceedings. Provisions in the General Administrative Law Act authorising this procedure (section 8:12a) took effect in January 2013.
