In today's Financieele Dagblad David van Ee, Niels Haasnoot and Harald Wiersema commented on the ruling of Germany's highest administrative Court last week that German cities have the right to ban diesel vehicles to improve air quality. "It seems a matter of time before the first request is made to a Dutch municipality, province or the State to proclaim a diesel ban, if that is not already initiated by such a government itself."
