Congratulations to Managing Partner Petra Zijp on being named Most Effective Ally at the annual Workplace Pride Leadership Awards. The award presented to Petra on Friday night, at a ceremony held at the Koepelkerk in Amsterdam.

Global Benchmark Ambassador for the second year running
For the second year running, NautaDutilh has qualified as a Global Benchmark Ambassador, scoring in the top third of the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark survey. This year, we achieved a score of 66%, up from 25% in 2014, the first year we participated. Alexander and Petra accepted the award on behalf of NautaDutilh and our LGBTI network, ND GLOBE.
NautaDutilh started taking part in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark survey in 2014, the firm has made significant efforts to improve LGBTI inclusion, such as signing the Declaration of Amsterdam in 2017, starting the internal programme "Engaging Allies through Sport", which sponsors LGBTI sporting events, and co-founding the Forward Foundation.
