Core Laboratories completes fast-track USD 172 million equity offering
NautaDutilh assisted Core Laboratories with a USD 172 million equity offering which launched and closed within an unprecedented one week period, followed by the cross-listing of the shares issued under the offering on the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam.
Core Laboratories is a leading provider of reservoir description, production enhancement, and reservoir management services to the world's major, national, and independent oil companies in order to optimise recovery from existing oil fields.
The deal team was led by Jaap Stoop and Paul van der Bijl and consisted of Dewi Walian and Jules van de Winckel.
