In this month's Mr Magazine Marike Bakker and Marleen Velthuis are interviewed about their pioneering work within the corporate investigations practice. Amongst others, they talk about the cooperation with the FIOD ( the Dutch Fiscal Information and Investigation Service) that they are helping to shape; Marike also pleads for the introduction of sentencing guidelines like the authorities in the US have in order to stimulate companies to self-report when fraud is suspected.
