Gerard Meijer, partner and head of the arbitration team at NautaDutilh, together with other arbitration practitioners in the Netherlands, has recently created the Dutch Arbitration Association. The aims of the association Chaired by Gerard are to promote the use of, and knowledge about, arbitration as a preferred dispute resolution method, both at a national and international level, as well as to promote the Netherlands as a venue for arbitration.
