Gaike Dalenoord "Dealmaker of the week"
Mr. Magazine has named Gaike Dalenoord and Kuif Klein Wassink (Baker & McKenzie) "dealmakers of the week". Gaike led the NautaDutilh team that assisted Chapman Andretti partners, founded by Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje in the takeover of Circuit Zandvoort.
Chapman Andretti partners will take over from the current managing director and major shareholder, Hans Ernst. Thus, the circuit remains in the hands of people with a passion for motorsport who are determined to use the full potential of the Circuit Park in the future.
Every week, Mr. Magazine selects a lawyer who has been involved in a notable transaction. This time, the title went to Gaike and Kuif Klein Wassink, who supported the selling party on the legal aspects of the transaction.
