IFLR Europe Awards 2023: NautaDutilh named National Law Firm of the Year in the Netherlands and secures Loan Deal of the Year
On 3 May the IFLR Europe award ceremony took place in London. Nautadutilh was named National Law Firm of the Year: Netherlands and received the award for Deal of the Year in the Loan category for the Blackstone – Atlantia deal, in which our Luxembourg office was involved.
Other nominated deals, in which the firm was involved include:
- Equity deal of the year: Haleon listing
- High-yield deal of the year: NewDay exchange offer and issue
- Loan deal of the year: 3G Capital – Hunter Douglas
- M&A deal of the year: Odyssey – BenevolentAI de-SPAC
