Many a debate about whether or not something looks beautiful, sounds nice or tastes good has ended with the universal truism: well, tastes differ. While in practice such an agreement-to-disagree generally works well to avoid further conflict, in the legal world it is this kind of uncertainty that usually causes the conflict to begin with.
