Kluwer publishes book by NautaDutilh on financial regulatory law in the Netherlands
This week Kluwer will be releasing a book – in Dutch – entitled "Hoofdlijnen Wft" (Main Features of the Financial Supervision Act) and published in the Financial Law & Practice series. The book was written by lawyers in NautaDutilh's Banking & Finance (Financial Services, Derivatives & Regulatory) group and edited by Larissa Silverentand.
The book gives an overview of financial regulatory law in the Netherlands and attempts to make NautaDutilh's pragmatic approach to this difficult field of law accessible to a wider audience.
The authors are Bart Bierman, Frans van der Eerden, Maurits Kolkman, Rosemarijn Labeur, Pien Kerckhaert, Larissa Silverentand and Willem Verschuur.
