NautaDutilh advised STMicroelectronics on the USD 1.5 billion offering of convertible bonds and the early redemption of their convertible bonds due 2022
NautaDutilh advised STMicroelectronics on the offering of a dual-tranche USD 1,500,000,000 senior unsecured bonds, convertible into ordinary shares and the early redemption of a tranche of zero coupon convertible bonds due 2022. This is the fourth convertible bond process the team has worked on this year and one of the largest by any Dutch issuer.
