NautaDutilh advises ABN AMRO on refinancing IEF Capital Èta N.V.
NautaDutilh has advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in connection with the EUR 173 million refinancing IEF Capital Èta N.V., one of the real estate investment funds of IEF Capital N.V.
IEF Capital is a joint venture of Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management (Bouwfonds REIM) and Inflation Exchange Fund (IEF). It is a real estate investor and fund manager with over EUR 3 billion of assets under management. ABN AMRO has (re)financed a well spread, high quality retail portfolio consisting of 65 retail stores and shopping centres located in the Netherlands.
