NautaDutilh advises APEF 5 on the acquisition of Hans Anders
NautaDutilh advises Alpha Private Equity Funds 5 (APEF 5) on the acquisition of the Hans Anders Retail Group Holding B.V. and its group companies (Hans Anders) by APEF 5 and AlpInvest Partners from Gilde Buy-out Funds.
Hans Anders is a retail company active in the optical and hearing devices industry with a strong presence in the Benelux and France. Today, the Group operates through a network of over 500 stores.
The NautaDutilh team is led by Lieke van der Velden and consists of Nico Blom, Diederik Vriesendorp, Ronald Pasanea and Thijs Olthoff.
