NautaDutilh advises Bakerstreet and its investors regarding collaboration with Bakker Bart
The shares in Bart’s Retail B.V., the franchise organisation behind Bakker Bart, have been transferred to a newly established holding company, Vital Food Group B.V. This company also owns Bakerstreet Holding B.V. With this collaboration, the parties have created a unique platform in the food service market. Bakerstreet will contribute to the growth and further roll-out of the “Bakker Bart” shop concept.
NautaDutilh advised Bakerstreet and the Companjen family, the majority shareholder in Bakerstreet. They are the new growth partner and majority shareholder in the Vital Food Group.
