NautaDutilh advises Dockwise Ltd. in connection with the intended acquisition by Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V.
On November 26, 2012, Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announced its unsolicited intended offer on all outstanding shares in Dockwise Ltd, a provider of transportation, logistics, project management, procurement and engineering for heavy marine transports and installation, for a total amount of EUR 682 million based on an enterprise value of EUR 1.2 billion. NautaDutilh advises Dockwise Ltd in connection with the intended offer by Boskalis.
Dockwise was also assisted by NautaDutilh in connection with the acquisition of Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. earlier this year.
The M&A team is led by Christiaan de Brauw and includes Joost den Engelsman, Paul Verkleij, Matthijs Noome, Daphne van Unen and Olaf Baks. Petra Zijp, Antonia Netiv, Arjan Pors, Charles van Sasse van Ysselt, Joost Italianer and Paul Olden are also involved in this matter.
Other firms advising on the matter are Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS and Appleby (Bermuda) Ltd which advise Dockwise on aspects of Norwegian respectively Bermuda law. Morgan Stanley is the financial adviser of Dockwise.
