NautaDutilh has advised G&S Vastgoed in the sale of the office building which is being developed on 1000 Mahlerlaan, situated in the Amsterdam business district. The building has been sold to a foreign investor.

The development consists of about 8.350 square meters office and retail space and approximately 80 parking spots. The buyer will use one of the floors of 1000 Mahlerlaan. The building will be
certified as 'Breeam Excellent' when opened in 2015. Egon Zehnder International has entered into a long-term lease of two floors.

Developer G&S Vastgoed was advised by NautaDutilh and Van Gool Elburg. NautaDutilh's team consisted of David van Dijk and Frank Spraakman.
