NautaDutilh advises HDG Mansur

NautaDutilh's Benelux Real Estate Group has advised HDG Mansur on the sale of a logistic centre in Moerdijk (Rotterdam area) to CBRE Global Investors EMEA.

HDG Mansur has sold the property on behalf of HSBC Global Properties Income Fund. The logistic centre consists of 20,000 m2 and it has been rented for a long term period to Van der Helm - Hudig.
