NautaDutilh advises ING on the sale of ING Direct USA to Capital One
NautaDutilh advises ING on the restructuring of the transaction between ING and the Dutch government with regard to Alt-A mortgages as part of the sale of ING Direct USA to Capital One.
In this Alt-A transaction, the credit risk on a portfolio of U.S. mortgage bonds is transferred to the Dutch State.
