NautaDutilh advises lenders on 267 million project Vernieuwing Rijnstraat 8
The project achieved financial close on 15 July and involves the design, construction, maintenance, and operation for the renovation of the building at Rijnstraat 8, The Hague.
NautaDutilh acted for Rabobank as lender, and facility and security agent, and for Allianz Global Investors Europe as placement agent for the project bond. The project is to be implemented by the PoortCentraal B.V. consortium formed by BAM PPP PGGM Infrastructure Coöperatie U.A., BAM Utiliteitsbouw, BAM Techniek B.V. and ISS Nederland B.V.
The project involves the design, construction, maintenance, and operation for the renovation of the building at Rijnstraat 8, The Hague. Works will start in the last quarter of 2014 and the building will be completed in end 2016. Following the construction phase, the consortium will be responsible for services and management over a twenty five year period, including among other services: maintenance, catering, cleaning and logistics.
The team consisted of Pravesh Singh, Onno Hakvoort, Jinne van Belle and Mark Mouthaan headed by David van Ee (for the project documentation) and Jaco Belder (for the finance documentation). The team was support by among others, Joppe Schoute, Patrick van der Vorst, Jorieke van Strijen, Sven Uiterwijk, Wouter de Boer and Frederike Manzoni – Van de Kuilen.
