NautaDutilh advises lenders on Dutch Supreme Court PPP project
The EUR 45mio Supreme Court PPP project achieved financial close on 23 January 2013. NautaDutilh acted for the lenders consisting of N.V. Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. The project will be carried out by the 'Poort van Den Haag' a joint venture including BAM PPP, Claus en Kaan Architecten, BAM Utiliteitsbouw, BAM Techniek and ISS Integrated Facility Services.
The project involves the design, building, financing, maintenance and operation of the new accommodation of the Dutch Supreme Court in The Hague. The project covers the demolition of the former AXA building and the French embassy at the Korte Voorhout and the construction of a building with offices and courtrooms with a gross surface area of 15,000m2 and an underground park. The services include the maintenance, catering, cleaning and security of the new accommodation.
The work will start in 2013 and the project will be completed in november 2015.
The NautaDutilh team was headed by David van Ee, Jaco Belder and Erik Geerling and consisted of Pravesh Singh, Onno Hakvoort and Sara Israelyan with support from Amrith Jagesar.
