The purchaser is Hearthside Group Holdings LLC, one of the largest independent bakeries in the US and a full service contract manufacturer of high quality, grain based food and snack products for some of the world's leading brands.

Hearthside Food Solutions is owned by the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, Vestar and management. Closing is subject to conditions precedent, including competition clearance and completion of the discussions with the works council and related notifications.
