NautaDutilh advised Quares Student Housing, a specialist in student accommodation with a portfolio of 1,100 rooms, in the context of the acquisition by Xior Student Housing, a Belgian REIT listed on Euronext Brussels, of a reference stake in the company.

Xior Student Housing intends to launch a takeover bid for the remaining shares of Quares Student Housing.

By means of this acquisition, two market leaders are joining forces to create the largest Belgian platform for student accommodation.
