NautaDutilh advises Rabobank in financing development of The Student Hotel Amsterdam
NautaDutilh advised Rabobank in the financing of The Student Hotel Amsterdam located at the Jan van Galenstraat in Amsterdam. The Student Hotel Amsterdam is developed by City Living with The Carlyle Group and the MacGregor family as investors.
The former office buildings Ster, Elsevier and Spoor will be redevelopped into (temporary) student accomodations, mainly for foreign exchange students. City Living recently opened its first establishments in Liège, Belgium and Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Both were fully booked from the beginning. The financing successfully closed on Friday 31 August 2012.
