NautaDutilh advises Rabobank on financing acquisition of Delta Wines by Rabo Capital B.V.
NautaDutilh's loan finance team has advised Coöperatieve Rabobank Gouwestreek U.A. on financing for Invinments II Holding B.V., Invinments Holding B.V., Delta Wines B.V. and certain of its subsidiaries, in connection with a secondary management buyout of Delta Wines by Rabo Capital B.V.
Delta Wines is one of the leading Dutch companies in importing and distributing wine. In previous years Delta Wines has experienced strong growth and international expansion. The new partnership with Rabo Capital will allow Delta Wines to continue the current strategy on the national and international stage.
