NautaDutilh has advised Rabobank on its new initiative to give Dutch entrepreneurs who sell via Bol.com quick access to Rabobank financing.
In the context of 'banking as a service', the company gives permission to share its sales data from the bol.com platform, after which the company can very quickly hear from Rabobank what it can borrow and on what terms. More information about the partnership can be read in Rabobanks press release.
