NautaDutilh advises Tullow Oil plc on the acquisition of Nuon Exploration & Production
The Energy team advises Tulllow Oil plc, quoted at the London and Irish stock exchanges and a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, in connection with the acquisition of Nuon Exploration & Production from the Vattenfall group. Through the acquisition, Tullow will acquire interests in, among other things, 30 producing fields in the continental shelf. The sale by Vattenfall was conducted through a controlled auction.
