NautaDutilh advises Van der Vorm Vastgoed in sale of Leeuwenburg
NautaDutilh's Real Estate team advised Van der Vorm Vastgoed in the sale of the Leeuwenburg building to Vastint Netherlands BV. With an area of nearly 64,000 m2, it is one of the largest buildings in Amsterdam.
Leeuwenburg was built in the 1970's and is nowadays nearly entirely in use by the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Located close to the motorway A10 and Amstel station, the building is easy accessible.
NautaDutilh's team was led by Arief van Rhee and consisted of Frank Spraakman and Nelien Ploegstra.
