NautaDutilh advises W.P. Carey in financing of acquisition of C1000 DC’s

ING Real Estate Finance has provided a EUR 70.5 mln loan to certain of W.P. Carey's investment vehicles.

The facility will be used to finance W.P. Carey's acquisition of six distribution centres operated by C1000, the second-largest supermarket chain in the Netherlands. NautaDutilh and ReedSmith advised W.P. Carey in this transaction. The NautaDutilh team  consisted of Diederik Vriesendorp, Florence Elias, David van Dijk, Arief van Rhee and David Wumkes.
