NautaDutilh and IPO Lab NYSE Euronext Amsterdam
On July 3, the IPO Lab took place at NYSE Euronext, a day organized by Deloitte, ABN AMRO, Citigate, NautaDutilh and NYSE Euronext. During this day representatives of companies interested in an IPO were informed about the preparations for and the process of an IPO.
Presentations were held by Bert Groenewegen, CFO of Ziggo, and Alex Otto of Delta Lloyd Asset Management and there was a panel discussion with representatives of all partners. Petra Zijp spoke on behalf of NautaDutilh. Earlier that morning she had sounded the gong to open the trading day.
