IP & technology partner Vincent Wellens is also pleased with Antoine's appointment: "Over the years, Antoine's practice and mine have proven to be complementary, and I am confident we will be able to further develop our practices together, as the fields of intellectual property, technology and data protection law become increasingly contentious in Luxembourg."
Commenting on his appointment, Antoine Laniez adds: "Being appointed partner in the midst of a global pandemic is somehow special. The legal sector is doing its best to adapt to this unprecedented situation, and not a day goes by without a substantial change in legislation. Strengthening our litigation practice at this particular point in time demonstrates that we are prepared to help our clients deal with these changes and face challenges together."
About Antoine Laniez: Antoine was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006. He is ranked as a future leader in arbitration in the latest edition of WWL as well as in various legal directories such as The Legal 500 and Leader's League in the field of litigation and arbitration.
