NautaDutilh appoints two partners
Antonia Netiv and Francien Rense were appointed as equity partners at the General Meeting of Shareholders last Friday.
Antonia Netiv focuses on equity and debt capital markets. She has experience with various deals, ranging from IPOs, rights issues, liquidity programs and various types of debt products. In addition, she regularly advises listed companies on market abuse and transparency issues. Antonia has spent more than six years in the London market, both for NautaDutilh and several years for a renowned American law firm.
Francien Rense focuses on Corporate Criminal Law. She has extensive experience with enforcement procedures by the authorities, such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and sanctioning and embargo issues. Francien advises on prevention, compliance, internal and external investigations, and defends against punishment in criminal prosecution. Before joining NautaDutilh she was a partner at Leijnse Artz.
"We are very proud of these appointments," says Petra Zijp, board member of NautaDutilh. "They have more than earned their spurs and, in their new role, will be able to advise our clients with even more conviction. Next to that, these talents will give their practice groups - who were already pillars of the firm - an even stronger foundation. We are confident that NautaDutilh but especially our clients will benefit from this. "
