Sybren de Beurs advises on public and private M&A, corporate governance and venture capital. He further focuses on the Life Sciences and Tech industry. Sybren worked at NautaDutilh’s New York branch from 2016 to 2017.

Maarten Buma specialises in corporate law and advises family-owned businesses, listed companies and financial institutions on corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and management participations. Maarten also concerns himself with transparency of ownership structures and identification of ultimate beneficial owners. He joined NautaDutilh in late 2007.
