NautaDutilh assisted Airbnb, Inc. on acquiring Series C shares in fast-growing company Tiqets, an Amsterdam based start-up which provides for an innovative ticketing platform with a mission to make cultural experiences more accessible across the globe.

The platform sells online tickets for well-known tourist attractions and museums such as the Sistine Chapel in Rome and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and has sold millions of tickets in over 60 countries to date. The Series C Round was led by Airbnb, which provided for the majority of funds of the total investment amount of USD 60 million. The funds will be used to expand the platform and wider business.
