In the context of the privatization of the two Flemish airports of Ostend and Antwerp, the Flemish government has decided to award the concession agreements to EGIS, an international group offering engineering, project structuring and operations services.

With 12,000 employees, including 7,500 in engineering, and a turnover of EUR 900 million in 2012, the group is present in over 100 countries.

NautaDutilh Brussels assisted Egis from the start of the bid process in 2010 until the awarding by the Flemish government in July 2013.

The NautaDutilh Team consisted of Vincent Ost, Heidi Bortels, Philippe François, Barbara François, Didier De Vliegher, Patrick Geeraert, Olivier Van Raemdonck and Benoit Samyn.
