NautaDutilh's Capital Markets teams served as Dutch counsel to ENEL in connection with its entering into a EUR 10 billion revolving facility agreement. The loan was granted to ENEL by a "super syndicate" consisting of 38 banks, amongst which Banca IMI, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Crédit Agricole, HSBC, ING, Mediobanca, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, RBS, Santander and UniCredit. The festive physical signing whereby almost all parties were represented took place in Amsterdam at 18 December 2017.
