NautaDutilh assisted in acquisition of eSATURNUS NV by Sony Europe Ltd.
On 2 August 2016, Sony Europe Ltd. completed the acquisition of eSATURNUS NV, a Belgium-based company that provides leading clinical Video over IP solutions in the medical field.
Coupled with Sony’s imaging and AV/IT technologies in this field, the combined company expects to further develop a wide variety of smart clinical Video over IP solutions for inside and outside operating rooms.
NautaDutilh assisted the shareholders and warrant holders of eSATURNUS NV with the sale of 100% of their shares and warrants to Sony Europe Ltd. The team consisted of Elke Janssens, Virginie Ciers and Christophe Verstappen.
