NautaDutilh assisted Magnetic MRO AS on the acquisition of the Direct Maintenance group
NautaDutilh assisted Magnetic MRO AS, provider of total technical care for aircraft operators and lessors, on the acquisition of the Direct Maintenance group, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider with activities in various European and African countries. The transaction adds Airbus A380 and Boeing 787 to Magnetic MRO group’s capabilities, doubles its line stations network and expands this network to the African continent.
NautaDutilh coordinated the transaction, covering the various jurisdictions in which the Direct Maintenance group has activities, and assisted Magnetic in the negotiation of the transaction documentation pertaining to its acquisition of Direct Maintenance Holding B.V., the Dutch holding company of the Direct Maintenance group.
