NautaDutilh assists ABB in acquisition Epyon B.V.
NautaDutilh assisted ABB, the global leader in power and automation technologies, in its acquisition of Epyon B.V., a pioneer and market leader in electric vehicle battery fast charging, from a number of funds headed by SET Venture Partners. SET Venture Partners is an independent clean-energy focused venture capital fund backed by Dutch-based companies Energy Resource Holdings B.V. and Delta N.V.
