NautaDutilh assists a.s.r. with the launch of its new investment service

NautaDutilh assisted a.s.r. with the launch of its new online investment service for retail investors. This service offers an investment product to build up capital for financial goals and for the future.

Retail investors can purchase the product via the new investment firm of the a.s.r. group, ASR Vooruit B.V. The capital is invested in three pre-composed mix funds of a.s.r. asset management. NautaDutilh assisted with the licence application of the investment firm, drafting the product conditions, and setting up and registering the investment funds.
